What are we doing to keep our staff and customers safe?



It is paramount first and foremost that our team members and customers are safe.  

We have spent a great deal of time looking at how our business operates and identifying the challenges that lie ahead for us moving forward on July the 4th.

Firstly we carried out a thorough risk assessment.  This allowed us to determine the controls necessary to reduce the risks to those who work and enter our premises.  We then devised a plan and have introduced a number of measures to comply legally and also go above and beyond the law.

Our management and team members each completed e-training in how to be proactive in regards to COVID-19 and we have implemented significant changes to our daily practices with the introduction of lots of new equipment to allow us to serve our customers in a safe environment.

Changes include: staff training
additional seating
bluetooth chip and pin to reach outdoor areas
sanitising stations
restrictions regarding numbers of those allowed in our building
additional staff
paperless menus
table service
clear guidance throughout and more......

We appreciate that this is still very much a time for caution and we advise anyone who is in self isolation, has COVID-19 symptoms or has been in contact with anyone who has these symptoms not to visit us yet.
