Comment: Tuesday night is steak night at the Green Tree. I had the 16oz fillet, cooked to perfection as usual, so my compliments to the chef. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and I would heartily recommend a visit. Even if you're just passing through on your travels, pop in, sample some of the delights, and admire the rustic charms of the Green Tree and Tudhoe Village.

Comment: Even though we live in Spennymoor,this is the first time we have been to The Green Tree. This evening we used 5 o'clock club. Found the choice of menu and the service provided to be very good. We will without doubt do it again!
